Do you wrap your candles in our transparent film?
No, we don’t.
We take pride in our uniqueness, setting ourselves apart from many businesses that simply print designs on film and wrap them around candles. Instead, we melt our designs directly into the candle wax and incorporate foiled fonts for an added touch of elegance.
Do you have a shop/showroom we can visit?
We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical showroom or store for in-person visits. Based in Melbourne’s north-western suburbs, we work from our home studio to bring our creations directly to you.

Do you offer pick up?
Yes, we do! Pickup is available from our home in Taylors Hill, VIC.
When you reach the shipping options in your cart, simply select the pickup option. Once your order is ready, it will be placed in a clearly marked box labeled “Pick-Up Orders” near our front door for easy collection.
I’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready to arrange a convenient pickup day.

Do I have to order via the website?
Yes. We kindly ask that all orders be placed through our website.

Can you use another font/colour combination that isn’t on the website?

My order has arrived damaged or not how I wanted it, how can I fix it?
If this happens to you, please get in touch with us via email or text us with photos of the damage and your order number.
We will work with you to get the order replaced, or discuss your options.
Do you send a proof of my order before you make it?
Yes we send all proofs to the email you have provided us
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to have all orders ready for collection or postage within 7-10 working days to complete your order, but if you do require this sooner, please get in touch with us.
